Speed vs quality · We built for both

Most teams get speed or quality. We built for both.

Companies want AI to move faster. They also need the work to hold up - typed, tested, reviewed, shippable. Those two goals usually trade off. Demos are fast; production is slow. Process is safe; momentum dies.

Blitz Pack is where Slytrunk proves the opposite. We developed an NFL card game end to end - mobile app, design system, backend, weekly game loop - and we built it AI-first. It's a case study in how experts use AI to ship real product work at pace without letting quality slip.

What we ran through AI

The full stack - not just the easy screens.

AI did not sit in one corner of the repo. It ran across backend implementation, mobile UI, shared components, design animations, unit tests, and data.

It enforced coding standards, linting, type checks, and test gates. Ensuring constant quality while maintaining speed.

Where AI ran

Backend to frontend to tickets - one delivery loop.

01 · Backend

RPCs, workers, migrations, test scaffolding.

02 · Frontend

Screens and flows from structured tickets.

03 · Components

Design system parts, Figma Code Connect.

04 · Design

Animations, states, UI assembly.

05 · Tickets

Created, managed, tested to criteria.

06 · Ideation

Power card drafts. Humans pick what ships.

How quality held

Fast output. Expert bar.

Speed is only useful if the work survives review, CI, and the next ticket.

01 · Templates

Fixed ticket sections. Agents cannot invent scope.

02 · Skills

Mandatory build paths. No generic coding passes.

03 · Gates

Lint, types, tests, pattern checks before merge.

04 · Review

Experts sign off. Feedback feeds the next run.

What experts still own

AI moves fast. Judgment stays human.

Architecture, product loops, and what good enough means - that is expert work. We set the schema, the design system structure, the code standards, and the review bar. AI executes inside that frame: more screens, more tests, more tickets closed per week.

What this means for you

The same approach works outside gaming.

Blitz Pack is our proving ground. The pattern is portable: structured work, AI execution, expert review, quality gates. Consumer apps, internal tools, regulated industries - the domain changes. The delivery model does not.

Slytrunk helps teams integrate AI into how they actually build. If you need experts who ship quickly and with quality, this is how we do it.
